Making a list, and checking it twice...

So I have been trying to think of a list of 25 things to do before I turn 25. I've already lost a couple of months of work time since my birthday was in June so I need to get cracking if I am really going to do this. Here is the problem...I've only got 10 things on my list. Do you have any great ideas or things you have done that you think I should try? If you are reading this it is mandatory that you give one suggestion! Would you like to hear what I have so far? I apologize in advance for any...er...silly ones but it is all in the pursuit of feeling alive...right? With that said:
1. Go a whole week without wearing a bra (don't say I didn't warn you)
2. Take my vitamins everyday for 3 months
3. Learn/do something that scares me
4. Be healthy
5. Visit a new state
6. Be a better penny pincher
7. Make a new friend
8. Have my palm read
9. Write 25 poems
10. Visit my Grandpa and Grandmas graves

10 comments:

  1. get married (lol...you asked) But seriously:
go on a tandem bike ride
buy something for someone else and give it to them anonamously
    try skate boarding
    watch gone with the wind
hmmmm, i will think of some more.

  2. do at least one act of kindness to another each day. (brighten their day).

  3. I got a good one - rent a Segway for a date with Nathan!

Oh - and visit Eli once a week and give him kisses. :)

  4. Tell someone each day thank you for a kindness that they have done for you. Make sure you read your scriptures each day, even a few verses. Read the conference talks given by the twelve apostles and 1st Presidency and put at least one thing into action. You will have to hurry a new conference is coming up soon if you haven't already done it.

  5. Have you talked to Anne and Aubrey about their "things to do before we're 30" lists?? Some were hang gliding off Point of the Mountain, visiting every temple in Utah (yes, even Monticello), and eating at the Purple Turtle.

  6. Walk 30 min. 3 days a week for a month. Take time breath in the fresh air and let nature relax and rejuvenate your soul.

Plan an impulsive, weekend trip with a friend where you buy the cheapest flight to whatever city is selling it at the moment, take what you need for the weekend in a backpack only, and spend the whole weekend visiting everything that is great about that city.

when I read about this I died. Still trying to figure out how to do this myself. :)
    Or something like this...
maybe a random day... can be before the day

  8. Well since this is mandatory I will respond; I try to be obedient. But that said I must say I LOVE #1. Awesome! You will love it, trust me I know. So ideas would be to eat at a Triple D diner; at least that is what I would want to do. Walk across the Golden Gate Bridge, but maybe you have done that. Go to a Bonnie Hunt taping; that is if you like to laugh. Okay there you go. Good luck on your goal.

  10. I totally left you a comment and it didn't show up. Lame. Anyway, you are hilarious. and I miss you. One suggestion is to go sky diving with me! Although I probably won't have money for that anytime soon. My other suggestion is to come visit me and Sean!!! (That's the real one:)
